Parmiago Stuffed Pork Loin – Bacon Wrapped Grilled

 Parmiago Stuffed Pork Loin

I discovered this delicious Parmiago Stuffed Pork Loin recipe when my father cooked it for a football night family cookout.  He stuffed one pork loin with Original Parmiago and the other with Smokey Parmiago.  They came off the grill juicy, cheesy and so full of flavor, it was a hit with the whole family.  It is now a dinner staple with my family and I am sure yours will love it too.

PARMIAGO STUFFED PORK LOIN:

  • 2 Pork Tenderloins (1 to 1.5 lbs each)
  • 1 lbs bacon
  • 1/2 Cup Any Flavor Parmiago (I prefer Smokey Parmiago)
  • 2 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 2 Teaspoon All Spice
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Toothpicks

PARMIAGO STUFFED PORK LOIN DIRECTIONS:

Prepare the grill for indirect heat.  Mix seasonings into a small bowl and rub onto each tenderloin. Carefully slice a pocket into each of the tenderloins being careful not cut all the way through.  Stuff each tenderloin with Parmiago, wrap with bacon and secure with toothpicks.  Lightly oil grill grate and cook using indirect heat until instant read meat thermometer reads 145 degrees and bacon is crisp.  This should take about 45 mins, make sure to turn halfway through cook time.  Let pork rest for about 10 mins before slicing and serving with BBQ sauce, hot sauce or more Parmiago.
