Smoked Jalapeno Crescent Roll Ups
– 8 Chicken Tenderloins, Uncooked
– 1/4 cup Smoked Jalapeno Honey Mustard, more or less to taste
– 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
– 4 slices deli cut Swiss cheese
– 3 Tbsp Butter
Directions For Smoked Jalapeno Crescent Roll Ups:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray and set aside. In bowl, mix Honey Mustard and chicken coating well. Heat 2 Tbsp butter in a non-stick pan on medium-high heat. Place chicken and marinade into heated pan and cook for 8-10 mins or until well browned on all sides. Place on plate to cool slightly. Cut each Swiss cheese slice in half to get 8 pieces. Cut a slit into each tender and stuff the cheese slice into the breast. Unroll the dough and separate into 8 triangles. Place a chicken tender on the large side of a triangle and roll. Repeat with each breast. Melt remaining butter in small microwave safe bowl and brush onto the rolls. Bake at 375 degrees for 14 – 18 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with more Smoked Jalapeno Honey Mustard.
